Are your bags made to order?

Yes. Every piece is made to order once your purchase is placed. This allows each bag to be crafted with precision and ensures the materials and construction receive the attention they deserve.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes approximately 14 days. Once your piece is completed, it is prepared and shipped directly to you.

Why are your bags made to order?

Working on a made-to-order basis allows us to focus on craftsmanship rather than volume. Each bag is constructed individually, ensuring a higher level of care and detail.

Can I customize a bag?

Yes. Many pieces can be customized with your choice of leather color, material, interior lining (suede, silk, or custom colors), hardware finish, strap length, and additional features.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?

Because we work with natural leathers and exotic skins, every hide carries its own grain, tone, and pattern. These variations are part of the material’s character and ensure that no two pieces are exactly alike.

What materials do you use?

We work with a range of premium materials including calfskin, suede, hair-on calf, bison, ostrich, python, nubuck, and other specialty leathers. Each bag is finished with solid sterling silver hardware and RiRi zippers.

How should I care for my bag?

Natural leather should be kept away from prolonged moisture and stored in a cool, dry place when not in use. Suede and exotic skins may require specialized care to maintain their texture and appearance over time.
